You can add as much or as little rhubarb to this cake, actually. It's a pretty flexible recipe, as far as fruit goes.Mrs. M. https://www.blogger.com/profile/11988934733961380885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24871932.post-43711143559525286572011-03-23T12:47:00.162-07:002011-03-23T12:47:00.162-07:00I have some frozen rhubarb from last spring in my ...I have some frozen rhubarb from last spring in my freezer and I need to use it up. It didn't disappoint! So simple, too. I added a bit of cardamom to the mixture, and at the end I sprinkled with brown sugar, because that's all I had at home - but it still tasted wonderful. I agree, recipes with buttermilk (or "lait fermente" which was what I found at the French grocery stores) are always wonderful - thanks!Frenchiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13296714964802313064noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24871932.post-31005758276100321312009-06-07T03:18:12.463-07:002009-06-07T03:18:12.463-07:00Great recipe!
